Blockchain, one of the most popular cryptocurrency wallets, now fully supports Bitcoin Cash. The company announced on their official blog that users can now store and exchange their Bitcoin Cash the same as they can with Bitcoin, in their web wallets.

It’s good news for longtime Bitcoin holders using Blockchain wallet as well, because if you had bitcoin in your Blockchain wallet prior to August 1st, then you’ll get an equal amount of Bitcoin Cash as well.

Unfortunately, full functionality for Bitcoin Cash is only supported in Blockchain’s web wallet. If you’re a mobile wallet fan, you have to wait until the end of Q1 2018, so let’s say some time in March…

You remember that Blockchain’s total funding is $70.50 million and Roger Ver is an investor, right?

Just to remind you of some funding history of Blockchain, I want one more minute of your reading time. According to PitchBook, the company raised $40 million in June 2017 from well-known investors. Let’s list them for you; it will be handy. ūüėČ

  • Prudence Holdings
  • Richard Branson
  • Virgin.com

And before this Series B round, their Series A round was in October 2014, with a total funding of $30.50 million. Here is the list of early-stage investors in Blockchain.

  • Amitabh Jhawar
  • FuturePerfect Ventures
  • Lightspeed Venture Partners
  • Mosaic Ventures
  • Prudence Holdings
  • Richard Branson
  • Roger Ver
  • Virgin.com
  • Wicklow Capital

In brief, Blockchain is now fully supporting Bitcoin Cash on web wallet, and Roger Ver is probably having a pretty good day as his early investment is currently supporting his brainchild.
